I have been working for Dr. Force since August of 2000.  My primary job is keeping things moving in the office, answering the phones, making appointments and all the regular day-to-day front office workings.  After 11 years I have to say I still learn something new everyday.  But my favorite part of working here is visiting with our wonderful patients!

I have worked front office/secretary in the medical field all my adult life.  My first job was at a veterinary office, then on to hospitals (ICU, CCU, Surgery & ER’s), a pulmonary doctors office to a cardiologist office then here at The Elements of Health.

My husband Don and I have two wonderful children, Liz who is 25 years old and David who is 24.  Not children anymore but young adults!  We are so very proud of both and enjoy spending what time we can with them.  And along with my husband and I they too love the horses and enjoy riding with us!!  What more could a mom want!!Anyone who knows me knows I love horses. Horses have been a passion since I can remember. The past few years I have been studying Equine Assisted Therapy (EAT).   I have found great enjoyment learning a new way to help people with the animals I love.  Taking this process a step further I have started what I call Intuitive Equine.  Dr. Force has shown me how the physical, emotional and spiritual all are connected in humans. Armed with all the knowledge I have gained working at The Elements of Health, the many years of work with horses, all I am learning from EAT, and my own journey with my horse Cochese, my hope is to share this passion and help others grow and to learn to trust in themselves.

Hobbies, first and foremost taking my horse out on the trail and riding places that you can only get to on horse back!   I also enjoy scuba diving, snorkeling, traveling to new and far places, reading and spending as much time with my family as I can.
