If you’re like many (most?) people, you’re likely frustrated with how you feel or the condition of your health and don’t know where to turn.

It’s natural to feel well, vital, energetic, clear-headed, and pain-free!

Don’t rely on healthcare to save you. You’re probably already getting a doctors care. That’s good, but it’s not enough. Just getting a doctor’s care will never make you well, keep you well, or give you the kind of vibrant health that you’re capable of. No drug will either. 

Using healthcare to make you or keep you healthy doesn’t work! It can’t work! I’m a doctor and I know that healthcare won’t work by itself, regardless of how good the doctor is or what kind of doctoring you’re getting!

If you want to avoid needless suffering & illness & life limited by poor health, you have to take care of it yourself!

So what makes me think the book will transform your health and your life? Because I see it happen every day in my practice. What if you actually had control over your health? Selfcare is the only way you can have exceptional health. And, exceptional is what you want, because you definitely don’t want average health!

Why?

Because if you fit the norm, you’ll end up being overweight or even obese. You’ll have heart disease, and digestive problems like gas, bloating, heartburn, and constipation. You’ll sleep poorly, feel tired all the time, have trouble with feeling foggy headed, find it difficult to concentrate, and be frustrated by your inability to remember things. Constant aches and pains will nag you. It’s likely that you’ll have arthritis in your hips and knees. Your back and neck will most likely be painful and especially when you try to lift or move objects. Your body will feel heavy with every movement.

You’ll be aware of the weakness in your legs and you’ll have to push yourself up from a chair with your hands. Getting up from a squatting position will be something that you remember being able to do. You will be shorter than you once were, your muscles have wasted away and you feel the pull of gravity with every movement, even breathing; your body feels slow and heavy. Your hearing is muted and your vision is dulled.

Is this really what you want?

To die of a number of diseases and ailments, for which you take handfuls of medications, after a long and slow decline in your physical and mental abilities?

Your possibilities in life will have become smaller and smaller and you will have probably never expressed the level of health that is your birthright! Or, the flush of youth’s vigor will be a vague memory.

It’s NOT too late!!!

If you haven’t gotten there yet, you probably don’t have the level of health you really want. Maybe you don’t think about it much (maybe you don’t want to), but do that now. Ask yourself, “What symptoms do I feel or have that I don’t want in my life anymore? What limitations do I experience? What illnesses do I have that aren’t going away? What do I want my life to be?” “What would my life look like if I was totally healthy?”

Now, and for the first time anywhere – the knowledge and methods I’ve taught doctors and used and refined in my practice for 25 years have been distilled down into a straightforward and easily understandable method of selfcare for you!!

When I was a teenager, I had ulcerative colitis, severe allergies, and recurrent infections. Severe hypoglycemia caused me to suffer from depression, moodiness and a severe inability to concentrate; I was in a constant and severe mental fog. I was a physical and mental mess.

My mother took me to scores of doctors of all different types and the “medical opinions” ranged from “Everything tests fine”, “You’ll just have to live with it”, to “It’s all in your head, maybe you should see a psychiatrist.” Got some allergy shots for a while. Took some drugs. Nothing changed.

Finally, disgusted and tired of feeling bad all the time, I went to a health food store, figuring I’d have to go in a different direction, if I wanted to get a different result. There, I found a book called “The Miracle of Fasting” by Paul Bragg. That book changed my life. By using the ideas in it, I felt strong again. And my mind was crystal clear; my memory was sharp. I felt joy for no other reason that I felt so good!

And it was about more than fasting. The book, along with the other wonderful books by Paul Bragg, gave direction on breathing, exercising, diet, sleep, and mental habits. Then, I learned about Jack LaLanne, Paavo Airola, and others who And, today, at 50 years “young”, people often mistake me for being 10-15 years younger. I lift weights and train with an intensity that men in their 20s envy and enjoy a number of “risk” sports like rock climbing and whitewater rafting. I’ve recently started competing in the Scottish Highland Games and, dang, is that fun! I’m fit and flexible, pain-free, and energetic, and game for anything. Now, I wake each morning ready for the day with energy and a sense of joy that comes naturally from good health!

Living Proof These Ideas Work!

Paul Bragg was sick with TB when he was a teenager. He wasn’t expected to live, but his family did send him, as a last resort, to a TB sanitarium in the mountains of Switzerland run by Dr. Auguste Rollier. It is here his health is restored and he learns the natural tools of air, water, sun, food, exercise, and mental training that leads to exceptional health.

For the rest of his long and vital life, Paul Bragg wrote and lectured about these ideas. I have a patient who saw Paul Bragg demonstrate a handstand at 92! From being expected to die from TB while still in his teens, Bragg died at 95 from a bodysurfing accident. Paul Bragg certainly exemplifies the “living proof” of the results of self care.

Ever heard of Jack LaLanne? When he was 70 years old, Jack LaLanne towed 70 boats with 70 people in them across California’s Long Beach Harbor by swimming while his hands and feet were shackled! An incredible feat for a young athlete; an almost unfathomable feat for a “old”man! 

When a teenager, Jack Lalanne was very sickly. He suffered from violent headaches and an equally violent temper.  At 15, Jack LaLanne attended one of Bragg’s lectures and his life was transformed through using Bragg’s ideas.

Now 92 years old, Jack LaLanne is a still “living testament” that confirms the underlying truth of natural selfcare. He enjoys a level of health, strength, vitality, and well-being that young men envy. Jack LaLanne has a painless, tireless, and ageless body from using the ideas he learned from Paul Bragg!
